My Dashboard page doesn't work
The crowdfunding dashboard is set up by simply adding the shortcode [idc_dashboard] to the page content and allowing the IgnitionDeck plugins to do the rest. If the page is not working, there are several things that could be causing an issue:
- Incorrect shortcode.
The shortcode must be [idc_dashboard]. Check the spelling and ensure that the shortcode uses an underscore _ and not a dash -. There should be no quotes or other elements included as part of the shortcode. - Drag and drop editors
The shortcode should be added to the page using the default WP editor. You can use the Classic editor or the Gutenberg blocks editor. If using the Gutenberg block, use a text, shortcode, or paragraph block to add the shortcode.
Do not use layout editors such as Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, etc. to create the dashboard page as these builders add their own proprietary code and headers that can conflict with the IgnitionDeck code to render the dashboard and its functionality.
